It's almost half way through the year, and for me it’s time to look ahead to the coming year. Whether you practice goal setting or not, you probably have some things in mind that you'd like to achieve in the next 6 months.
If your professional goals include improving your leadership and communication skills, building a killer pitch, or finally learning to be comfortable talking to a crowd, you've probably had to take a look at your relationship with public speaking.
If making a speech or delivering a presentation makes your skin crawl, you're not alone. Up to 75% of people fear public speaking. In fact, people fear it more than any other phobias, including death and spiders!
